asked for help on this site concerning banding in oct 2014 was told someone would contact me to help AM STILL WAITING SHOCKING 14 POUND A MONTH FOR NOWT
can anybody out thear help the nhs are advertising aux nurse jobs at a band 3 yet i have done all the training VENIPUCTURE I TAKE BLOODS ECG BMS ECT ECT AND GET PAID BAND 2 my plight falls on deaf ears i work with girl on my ward that have not done any training at all and get band 3 wages sooo unfair i WANT to fight for my banding but keep getting no wear would any mangers out thear work for a band lower a dont think so RANT OVER

Thanks for getting back to me matt mc Laughlin I have not got a letter that is why I phoned HR to ask if my letter had gone to another ward I used to work in ward 29 then when stobhill came over my ward was disbanded now I work in ward 15/ 28 at GRI .i just want a explanation .i never got back pay when AFC was paying out to am not the only person that never got a letter just hope you can HELP thankyou
Pay as if at work I would like to know WHY HR said I owed them 190 hours yet I work withe same staff for years same shifts and YET they are getting the same amount of hours payed to them in back pay something wrong there WOULD like to know how they got to this figure I have e-mailed cathy miller to ask for help she has not got back to me yet is there any explanations out there
